Hennerton is dedicated to delivering a superior quality building service to clients in London. We can offer a full service (turnkey) product from design and planning through to completion or alternatively we work with client appointed professionals. In either case, we endeavour to deliver projects on time and on budget. A significant factor in this is our integrated structure which retains ground works, general building, electrics, plumbing and joinery in house, thereby minimising the financial and timing uncertainty of out-sourcing.
As can be seen in our Gallery, we deliver a wide range of projects, including new build, extensions, basements, lofts, refurbishments and landscaping. Whichever type or size of project, we maintain the highest quality finish and we work closely with clients, architects, designers and engineers to deliver this. We provide detailed free estimates and maintain a transparent dialogue throughout the process. We do not overstretch our resources and only undertake a set amount of projects during the year. Insurance
Hennerton Construction Limited is fully insured to a value of £5m (public and products liability) and £10m (employer's liability insurance). All documents are available on request. Additional project specific insurance can be arranged on request.
Warranty
FMB Membership. Hennerton is a full member of the Federation of Master Builders. As such, our works are independently vetted for quality on a regular basis and the company has passed credit checks, public record and director checks.
Trust Mark Membership. Additionally, Hennerton is a member of the government backed Trust Mark scheme whereby technical skills will have also been independently checked through regular on-site inspections, in addition to checks on their trading record and financial status.
Build Assure Warranty. Through our membership of the FMB, we are able to offer several levels of warranty to cover completed works. Depending on the premium, this can be up to 10 years cover, a level similar to that available for new homes.
Building Control
All of our relevant works are inspected by accredited independent Building Control Officers to ensure that they comply with the national standards found in building regulations. In some instances this will be Local Authority Building Control, in others this will take the form of an independent building control provider. In all situations the client will receive a completion certificate - a guarantee relating to the works undertaken.
Accredited Installers
Our electrical works are certificated NIC/EIC installations and all our plumbing and gas installations are by Gas Safe registered persons. Additionally, Hennerton is an accredited installer of the Delta Membranes basement waterproof tanking systems, a reflection of our considerable experience in basement excavations.
Health & Safety
At Hennerton we take Health & Safety seriously. Our staff undertake regular briefings on the latest Health and Safety requirements and our sites have a strict code of conduct with comprehensive method statements in place.
Site Security
As a matter of course, all our sites are secured by temporary alarms and any scaffolding by a separate alarm system. All materials and tools on site are secured.
